About
I’m Hammad Tariq, a technical founder. My background is in cryptography, AI and finance. Over the years that has meant zero-knowledge proofs and Bitcoin infrastructure, then DeFi and Bitcoin staking. These days it means tools for AI agents.
Right now I’m building Jevlin, a search engine for coding agents. I also work on agent identity and security through OpenBotAuth and Attach, and run HamariHawa, a live map of crop fires and air pollution over Pakistan and India. Everything I’ve built, with links to the code, is on the projects page.
I write here about what I learn along the way.
What I write about
- Agent identity and auth: why agents need keypairs, not “Login with X”, an implementer’s profile for portable agent identity, and what happened with Web Bot Auth at IETF 124 in Montreal.
- Agent security: policy as code for agents, supply-chain attacks on AI coding agents, and confidential lanes for AI inference.
- Where the field is going: notes from ICLR 2026 on stateful AI, the half-life of tooling, and PageRank for the agentic web.
- Strategy: Leveraged Thinking, a four-layer framework for how small teams compound outcomes.
